Just finished a 7-night stay in a Superior Double Room. The staff were super friendly. The location is decent, making it easy to access local spots. Everything was clean and tidy, which is a plus. Perfect for a couple’s getaway! 😊

the smell of dampness was absolutely unbearable, and the fact that my request for a late checkout was ignored is just shocking. i was expecting a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but who am i kidding? i almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i remembered the cracked tiles. just disgraceful.

I had a chance to spend a few nights exploring Bangkok, mainly visiting local attractions like the Erawan Shrine, which is a bit of a trek but worth it. I enjoyed my time as the area had numerous local shops for quick bites and snacks. The hotel's entry was decent, providing a welcoming atmosphere, which I appreciated after long days of sightseeing. the shared bathrooms weren't well maintained, which made things a bit less comfortable than I'd hoped.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Nana BTS station, making it super convenient for our family. The staff were warm and incredibly helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our bags. our room was clean and spacious, which was perfect for accommodating our children.

So we spent 7 nights in a superior double room. The room was decent, but the vibe felt off with people coming in and out late at night. The entry area was nice and we loved the bar/lounge for drinks. the bathrooms were super cramped and kinda gross. Just made things less comfy than they should've been.

Maintenance issues were apparent, with plumbing concerns in multiple areas of the hotel. While I appreciated the light salads served, the overall experience was tainted by noise and unpleasant odors, making it challenging to relax.
